The Participatory Project Management (PPM) workshop was first developed by TorqAid in 2002, and since then over 45 of these courses have been facilitated throughout Australia and overseas. The PPM is designed for community development(CD)/project management (PM) practitioners, working on CD/PM projects in either urban or rural settings. From 2010, PPM workshops are now being instead facilitated by the Foundation for Development Cooperation (FDC) - www.fdc.org.au, which Chris Piper is joining as their Senior Training Coordinator (as well as Disaster Risk Reduction = DRR) Specialist.
