The Australian Aid Resource and Training Guide (AARTG) was published by TorqAid up until the end of 2009.  This publication has now been taken over by the Foundation for Development Cooperation (FDC) - www.fdc.org.au, although Chris Piper remains the Editor of this in his role role as FDC Senior Training and Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Coordinator.  The September 2010 Edition can be accessed by pressing here: 

People can register on-line to receive monthly TorqAid Updates, which includes the latest AARTG, by registering here.  http://www.torqaid.com/phplist/ .  For these TorqAid Updates, people register through their geographical location (ie Australian States/Territories; or overseas regions), and also have the choice of logging on to the following separate TorqAid Update sub-groups:
